At AdvocateSEA, I support, empower, and advocate for children and adults with special needs, so they can navigate life's challenges with dignity, independence, and confidence. Through compassionate guidance, practical assistance, and personalized advocacy, I help families and individuals access the resources, opportunities, and experiences they deserve — whether at home, in school, or in the wider world.
About Me
I'm Phyllis Caplin, a dedicated educator and parent advocate in the Cleveland area, with over 30 years of experience supporting children and families. My passion is helping families navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and create meaningful experiences at school, at home, and while traveling.
As an experienced Intervention Specialist, I understand the unique needs of children and adults with diverse developmental needs. I created AdvocateSEA to combine my expertise in advocacy with my commitment to helping families enjoy life to the fullest.
